Refund Policy

This policy is to define refunds to on-line donations made through our web site at www.believefoundation.org.au

In addition to your Statutory Rights, we operate a refund policy. If by chance you should donate in error, please inform us and we will refund your donation providing that:

  1. You notify us within fourteen (14) days of making a donation.
  2. You provide us with a copy of your receipt showing the date and relevant details of your donation.
  3. You indicate the reason for wanting a refund.
